Desert 5 Spot brings the rustic allure of Pioneertown and Cosmic Americana to Brooklyn. Named after the colorful Mojave Desert flower and inspired by Joshua Tree hideouts, throwback roadside motels and western nostalgia, Desert 5 Spot is the ultimate country music lovers watering hole. Entry through a storefront resembling a Pioneertown motel transports guests through the Mojave Desert and into a cozy living room lounge bar, outfitted with a custom mechanical bull. Slangin’ out specialty cocktails, frozen margaritas, cold beers and LA-approved tacos, making this the perfect place where cowboys come together. Featuring daily live performances by emerging country artists, the Desert 5 House Band, line dancing and two stepping classes, with weekend DJ’s playing country hits all night long, Desert 5 Spot welcomes one and all to leave their tensions and pretensions at the door, put on their boots and let the good times roll.

We welcome all to walk-in on a first-come first-served basis. For larger groups (6 or more guests) and to reserve an area, we suggest booking one of our packages. Package requests can be submitted via the 'Reservations' button below & the ‘Book A Table’ button.

Our mechanical bull rides run 8pm -11pm on Wednesday and 8pm - midnight every Thursday - Saturday.

Dress Code:
We kindly ask y'all to abide by the cowboy dress code at Desert 5 Spot. Cowboys Don't wear athletic shorts, athletic tops, sweatpants, or flip-flops.
